312Spot is a marketplace that connects people who control private parking spaces with drivers who want to book them. By creating an account you agree to the rules below.

Private spots only. You may only list driveways, garages, deeded spaces, or other parking you own or have the legal right to offer. Listing, selling, or reserving public street parking is prohibited.
You are the host. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for ensuring subletting or renting their space is permitted by their lease, HOA, or building rules.
Payments. All payments run through Stripe. 312Spot charges a 10% platform fee on each booking. Taxes may be collected where required.
Cancellations. Cancellation and refund rules are shown at booking time.
Conduct. Fraud, harassment, fake listings, or off-platform payment circumvention lead to removal.
Liability. 312Spot is a venue, not a parking operator. Vehicles are parked at the owner's and driver's own risk.
