What we collect and why, in plain language:

Phone number — used to sign you in and verify your account. SMS notifications are only sent if you separately opt in, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Name and email — shown to people you transact with (name) and used for receipts (email, optional).
Listing locations — spot addresses are shown on the map; your home address is never shown unless you list it as a spot.
Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. 312Spot never stores card numbers.
No data sales. We do not sell your personal information.
